- Fall: Mondays, Wednesdays, Fridays, and the weekend
- Spring: Wednesdays, and the weekend
- $50 per hour for fields & batting cages

- $500 deposit due 24 hours before, to be returned if facility remains in good condition
- $100 per team entry fee
- $200 fee for lights on Saturday (no lights on Sunday)
- Concession stand available 8 hours on Saturday & 4 hours on Sunday upon request (HSA keeps all profits)
- Teams are allowed to set up tents, sell drinks, snacks and small food items. NO FOOD TRUCKS ALLOWED.
